A LIFE OF PUBLIC SERVICE

IMG_9025.jpeg

Lisa retired from her role as Public Safety Officer after 26 years on the job to launch her company, Thrive. In her years with the City of Fraser she has served as Police Officer, Firefighter, and EMT, as well as high school liaison officer, and DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) instructor.

Lisa co-founded Families Against Narcotics (FAN), a community-based program for individuals seeking recovery and their family members. FAN strives to change the face of addiction, dispel the stigma, and educate the community as well as those affected. The organization continues to grow and can be reached at:

Although she has patrolled the streets, worked undercover, cleared crime scenes, fought fires, saved numerous lives, and counseled countless community members through emergencies, her true calling has been as a teacher, coach, and mentor. Her mission is to help individuals and groups create a positive path forward in life, in a word, to help them thrive.
